Wastewater - Physical/Chemical Operator - D & C

Intensive four-day training session designed to review C & D level wastewater and covers the techniques and procedures for physical/chemical operations. Each class will follow the state "Standards of Performance" for operators.

The Environmental Certification Board awards various levels of operator licenses in the area of wastewater and water treatment. Practical experience, education, and examinations are the three areas of the certifying process. There is an annual license fee plus a separate fee for each exam. Registration for the certification exams must be made at least two weeks in advance of the exam by calling the SC Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation Environmental Certification Board at (803) 896-4430.
