In this class, you will learn how to cook basic soups and the layering of flavor of hearty Minestrone Soup and Italian Wedding Soup.  This hands-on course will teach you to create delicious, hearty dishes that are both satisfying and versatile.  Deep dive into chilis and their regional origins, which include Southwest White Bean Chicken Chili, and super star Texas Chili Con Carne.  Throughout the class, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about soups and chilis as well as gain valuable tips for incorporating these recipes into your daily routine.
