Pre-requisite: You must have completed Greenville Tech’s two-week Green Belt training as the first two weeks of Black Belt. Take Green Belt training to another level in weeks three and four by incorporating advanced lean and statistical tools and mastering the most popular statistical software package, Minitab. Accelerate your ability to do data-driven analysis and problem-solving, tackle more complex problems and achieve faster, bigger impacts. Training includes a completed off-site project.
