Become a vital member of the healthcare team by learning the skills needed to collect blood specimens that physicians use to diagnose and treat illnesses. This comprehensive program includes classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory training, and all required course materials (students should not purchase the textbook separately).

Classes meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Students must also complete 120 clinical hours scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at an affiliated healthcare facility.

Upon successful completion of the course and clinical requirements, students will be eligible to sit for the ASCP National Phlebotomy Technician Certification Exam.

Students may qualify for the Career Pathways Scholarship (CPS) and will be responsible for 10% of the course cost if approved. All prospective students are required to meet with the Program Manager before registration.
