The Certified Nursing Assistant is the foundation or basis of nursing care.  In addition, program completion and certification opens doors to many opportunities in the field of healthcare.  CNA's are taught to work in long-term care and to assist in the activities of daily living.  These basic care skills ensure quality of life for residents in facilities, homes, and hospitals.
The class consists of 60 hours of classroom/lab instruction and 40 hours clinical hands-on care.  Experienced instructors will guide you through classroom lectures, lab practice sessions and the clinical rotation.
