Join us for this hands-on course as CHI’s chef-instructor will guide you step-by-step through home cooking techniques that achieve restaurant-quality results.  You will explore a variety of dishes from different Mediterranean cuisines that include Greek Chicken, a flaky Spanakopita, as well as the savory flavors of Turkey with Mercimek Corbasi (Turkish Lentil Soup), traditional Lebanese Shawarma, and roasted garlic hummus.
