MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

In this camp, aspiring young chefs will embark on a culinary journey filled with creativity, skill-building, and the joy of cooking!  Campers will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of ingredients, honing their knife skills, mastering cooking techniques, and experimenting with flavors and textures.  They will learn about the importance of food safety and hygiene.

Day 1, sharpen your knife skills and sauté like a pro with dishes like seared scallops with lemon butter sauce and ratatouille confit byaldi. 

Day 2 focuses on advanced baking and roasting with creations like focaccia bread and roasted Cornish hens. 

Day 3 is all about grilling and marinating with grilled chicken thighs, marinated flank steak, and grilled vegetables. 

Day 4, elevate your skills with fine dining plating techniques, including tourneed potatoes, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, and elegant plating with microgreens and edible flowers.
